Attempt / Omit Reason

The Attempt / Omit Reason access right in Service Geeni allows users to manage the predefined reasons used when a job visit is attempted or omitted.

Purpose

The Attempt / Omit Reason access right allows users to create and maintain the list of reasons engineers can select when a job visit cannot be completed.
