Customer Sites

The Customer Sites access right in Service Geeni allows users to manage multiple service locations linked to customer accounts.


Purpose

The Customer Sites access right allows users to create and maintain individual site records for each customer.

Sites represent the physical locations where services, installations, or equipment maintenance take place.

Managing sites separately helps organise jobs, equipment records, and service history for each location.
