Enhancements (2):

Mobile App Now Includes Account Stop Warning

Previously, only the web app warned users when a customer account was on stop, while the mobile app did not provide any alert. This enhancement brings parity between platforms by introducing the same warning feature to the mobile app. Users are now notified immediately when interacting with accounts on stop, helping prevent unintended actions and improving compliance and decision-making while working remotely.

Improved Loading of the Equipment selection screen

The Change Equipment screen now loads equipment in batches of 500 records, with a Load More option to view additional items. This update makes the screen faster and more responsive, especially for customers with large equipment lists.

Fixes (7):

Part Quantity Display Aligned Between Web and Mobile

Users noticed discrepancies in part quantities when comparing the web and mobile platforms, which could lead to confusion and errors in stock management. This issue has now been resolved. Part quantities are displayed consistently across both platforms, ensuring users have accurate and reliable information

Faster Contact List Loading for Quote Requests on Mobile

Users experienced latency issues when loading the contact list for quote requests on the mobile app. This has now been resolved. The contact list loads faster, allowing users to complete quote requests more efficiently and without delays

Work Done Notes Box Display Fixed on Mobile

The Work Done notes box was appearing behind the keyboard on mobile devices, making it difficult for users to enter information. This issue has been fixed. Users can now easily view and edit notes without interface disruptions.

Parts Request Now Correctly Linked to Job on Mobile

Previously, when users raised a parts request from a job on mobile, it was incorrectly set as a general request without linking to the job number. This issue has been resolved.

Search Functionality Reconnected for Task Addition on iOS

While adding a task from a job on iOS, the search functionality was not properly linked, limiting users’ ability to find relevant tasks. This has now been corrected.

“Jump to Job” Text Restored on iOS

When a new job was issued from the web, the “Jump to Job” text did not appear on iOS devices, making it harder for users to navigate quickly. This issue has been fixed, restoring the expected behavior.

Task Creation Layout Fixed on iOS Devices

On iPhones, users were unable to add new tasks due to a truncated interface and excessive white space below the status bar. This issue has now been resolved for iOS devices.
