Fixes (6):
Blank Equipment List When Changing Equipment on Emergency Jobs
An issue was identified where, after raising an emergency job from the Jobs List screen and navigating directly to the Equipment tab, the Change Equipment option displayed a blank list. This prevented users from selecting or updating equipment for the job. The issue has now been resolved. The equipment list now loads correctly, allowing users to select equipment as expected when managing emergency jobs.
Radio Button Selection Display on Forms
An issue was identified where selecting a radio button on a form and then switching to another option did not clear the initial selection. The issue has now been resolved, and radio button selections behave as expected, only the selected option remains highlighted.
Missing Site Name and Postcode on Job Card
An issue was identified where the site name and postcode were not appearing on the job card. This has now been resolved. The job card now correctly displays the site name and postcode, ensuring all essential location details are included.
Incomplete Equipment Data Refresh on Mobile
An issue was identified where refreshing equipment data on the mobile app appeared to complete successfully, but not all records were downloaded. The mobile app now correctly checks for additional records during a refresh and continues to download in batches until the full dataset is received.
β
Missing Signature Prompts on Multi-Task Job Completion
Completing multi-task jobs on the mobile app did not prompt for customer or engineer signatures, instead moving directly to the next task. This behaviour differed from single-task jobs, where signature prompts appeared as expected. This has now been resolved. The mobile app now correctly prompts for the required signatures when completing multi-task jobs, ensuring consistent and complete job closure procedures.
Blank Popup When Starting Next Activity in Interim Signature Flow
An issue was identified where, during the Interim Signature flow, selecting the next activity without choosing a job resulted in a blank popup with no task or customer details. Additionally, the Start Next Activity button was disabled. This has now been resolved. The app now correctly handles activity selection and displays the appropriate information, ensuring a smooth transition between tasks.
