Problem
When a contract has ended, how do you see upcoming Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Service jobs linked to that contract?
Solution
Go to the Term Details section of the contract.
Tick Fixed Term.
Go to the End of Contract section.
Tick Rolling Contract.
Doing this changes how the system treats the contract, letting you still view the PM schedules.
What It Actually Shows
Once you switch from Fixed to Rolling, you will be able to see the next 12 months of services (future PMs).
However, this is limited to 12 months only.
You cannot see beyond 12 months in advance, even if:
The contract end date is further away, or
The contract is marked as rolling.
In other words:
You can see the services for the next year.
You cannot see 24 months (or more) ahead; the system doesn’t allow it.
