Enhancements (3):
Improved screen layout and Close icon accessibility on iOS device
Updated the mobile application UI to ensure that the Close icon is displayed correctly without overlapping the device status bar on iOS devices. The icon remains fully visible, properly aligned, and easily accessible, providing a better user experience and ensuring users can close screens without any interaction issues.
Improved synchronization of Holiday and Sick Leave records between Web and Mobile applications.
Enhanced the real-time synchronization of Holiday and Sick Leave records across platforms. Updates made to existing leave records, including modifications and deletions performed in the Web Application, are now reflected immediately in the Mobile Application without requiring users to close and reopen the Holiday/Sick Leave screen. This ensures consistent data visibility and improves the overall user experience by providing up-to-date leave information across both platforms.
Enhanced Equipment Creation with Service Type Retention and Equipment ID Generation
Improved the equipment creation workflow to support adding equipment during Complete & Add New Task and Add New Equipment processes. Service Type selections are now retained when creating follow-up Service tasks, and support has been added for system-generated Equipment IDs, reducing the need for manual Equipment ID entry
Fixes (12):
Enhanced usability of F-Gas forms by improving the visibility and accessibility of the Select option.
The Select option within F-Gas forms (Addition, Removal, Decant, and Refill) is now displayed as a clear, interactive link, providing a better user experience and making navigation more intuitive. Users can easily identify and access the related selection screens, ensuring consistent behavior across all F-Gas form types on mobile devices.
Enhanced Job Status filtering functionality within the mobile application.
Users can now successfully filter jobs based on configured Job Status values such as Open, In Progress, and Waiting. The selected filters are applied consistently across both the Job List and Job Summary screens, ensuring that only relevant jobs are displayed. Additionally, the selected Job Status filter is retained when the application is sent to the background and reopened, providing a seamless and consistent user experience.
Expense Search Fields No Longer Share Keyword Input
When adding a new expense in the mobile app, searching for a term in the Expense Type field was causing the same keyword to carry over into the Description field — and vice versa. This meant that switching between the two search fields showed incorrect filtered results based on what had been typed in the other field, making it very difficult to find the right expense type or description. The Expense Type and Description search fields now work independently of each other, so searching in one field no longer affects the other and users get accurate results every time.
Enhanced timezone handling for Agreed Visit Time displayed in the mobile application.
Agreed Visit Time configured at both the Job Level and Task Level is now displayed correctly in the engineer's local timezone on the mobile application. When jobs are issued from the web application, the scheduled visit time is automatically converted and presented in the appropriate timezone (e.g., IST), ensuring accurate scheduling information and a consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Booked Parts No Longer Disappear from Job Summary Screen
After completing a job on the mobile app, the Booked Parts section in the Job Summary was disappearing once the Work Done Notes had finished loading, meaning engineers could no longer see what parts had been used during the job. This has now been fixed. Booked Parts and Work Done Notes now display together consistently on the Job Summary screen, so all job completion details remain visible for review.
iOS UI Alignment and Layout Improvements Across PDA Application
Issues has been resolved where various UI alignment, spacing, and text display inconsistencies were affecting key screens in the iOS PDA application, including Jobs, Summary, Notifications, Work Done, and Multi Task. These screens now display correctly with improved layout consistency throughout the application.
Improved handling of scheduled jobs that have already been completed.
Enhanced the mobile application behavior for scheduled jobs that are completed either from the Web Application or the Mobile Application. Completed scheduled jobs are now appropriately disabled, and users are presented with a meaningful alert message when attempting to access them from the Job List or Diary screens. This prevents unexpected errors and provides a clearer user experience by informing users of the job's current status.
Removed Duplicate "Other Engineers on this Job" Label on Job Details Screen
On the Job Details screen in the mobile app, the "Other Engineers on this Job" label was appearing twice within the Engineer section, even when only a single engineer was assigned to the job, causing unnecessary clutter — particularly noticeable on smaller devices. This has now been fixed. The label now appears just once, with any additional engineer names listed cleanly beneath it, making the Job Details screen easier to read.
Improved Login Experience When Engineer List Is Unavailable
When engineers logged in to the mobile app and selected a depot, if the engineer list was unavailable at that time, no message or feedback was displayed, leaving them stuck on the login screen with no explanation of what had gone wrong. This has now been fixed. Engineers will now see a clear alert when the engineer list is unavailable for their selected depot, so they can quickly understand what is happening and take the appropriate action.
Improved Attempt/Omit Job Workflow and Activity Header Retention
Updated the Windows PDA Attempt/Omit Job workflow to display the appropriate confirmation message, remove the job from the job list, and retain the current activity/status in the header after navigating to or cancelling the Next Activity screen
Localized Last Event Date and Time Format Based on Selected Application Language
Updated the Menu → Who Am I screen to display the Last Event timestamp according to the selected application language and locale. Date and time formats are now presented in the appropriate regional format for supported languages, including English (UK), English (USA), Swedish, German, French, Norwegian, Polish, Slovak, and Spanish, providing a more localized and consistent user experience
Enhanced attachment handling for Equipment and Model records when uploading images with complex filenames.
An issue has been resolved where image attachments with multiple dots in the filename were being saved without a valid image extension, causing problems when trying to view the uploaded image. The application now correctly preserves or appends the .jpg extension for images uploaded from the camera, gallery, or attachment options, and uploaded images can be viewed correctly for both Equipment and Model records.
