QR Code Scanning Now Supports New Portal URL Format
The mobile app now recognises QR codes generated using the new portal URL format, correctly extracting the Equipment ID and retrieving the matching record. Unsupported or invalid codes are handled gracefully with a clear error message.
Mobile App Now Uses 'Charge Codes' Terminology Consistently
Updated all references to 'Cost Codes' in the mobile app to use the correct term 'Charge Codes', ensuring consistent language across job management, data refresh screens, and all related workflows.
Job Status Column Added to Job Enquiry Screens
Job Status is now displayed as a dedicated column on the Job Enquiry screen. Users can filter and sort by status across multiple jobs without needing to open each record individually, making it quicker to get an overview of workload and identify which jobs need attention.
Individual Task Rejection Now Available in Multi-Task Jobs
Engineers can now reject individual tasks within a multi-task job directly from the mobile app. Previously the reject action was not responding, preventing tasks from being declined without navigating away.
UI Padding and Alignment Improved Across Key Mobile Screens
Padding and alignment issues have been fixed across several screens in the mobile app, including the three-dot menu and other key workflows. Elements now display with consistent spacing across all supported devices.
Clock Hours Field Now Accepts Up to 10 Digits
The Clock Hours field previously had a maximum of 4 digits, which was insufficient for equipment with high usage. Engineers can now enter up to 10 digits, supporting a wider range of equipment readings.

Book Misc Part – Improved Validation and Edit Functionality
Resolved several issues with the Book Misc Part screen, including unreliable product selection, missing description validation, and incorrect behaviour when editing an existing entry. The screen now behaves consistently across both Job and Quote workflows.
Site Task Creation from Equipment Jobs Now Works Correctly
An issue has been fixed where adding a Site Task from within an Equipment Job caused an unexpected new job popup to appear. Site Tasks now save correctly and display within the multi-task job as expected.
Job List Header Now Shows Correct Status After Selecting Break or Other Activity (RBS Mode)
An issue has been fixed in RBS Login Mode where selecting Break or Other as the next activity caused the job list header to incorrectly display 'Completed Task'. The header now accurately reflects the selected activity.
Engineer Signature Box Input and Alignment Fixed on Windows
An issue has been fixed on the Windows app where the Engineer Signature box did not capture signatures correctly when drawing near the edges of the box. Signatures now appear aligned and centred as expected.
Travel to Home Labour Booking Now Works Correctly
An issue has been fixed where Travel to Home was not recording time correctly when the labour booking was set to Book to Previous Job. Time is now accounted for accurately for travelling activities in this configuration.
App No Longer Crashes When Adding Work Done Notes or Photos
A stability issue has been fixed where adding photos or Work Done notes caused the app to crash with a WebView error. The app now handles multiple Work Done entries and image uploads reliably across Android, iOS, Windows, and tablet devices.
Engineer Signature 'Next' Button Now Works with a Single Tap
An issue has been fixed during job completion where the Next button on the Engineer Signature screen required two taps to register. The button now responds correctly on the first tap.
Email Me Now Working in Time Sheet Enquiry
An issue has been fixed in the Time Sheet section under Enquiry where the 'Email Me' option was not sending the timesheet. Engineers can now successfully email their timesheet directly from the mobile app.
Move to New Job Now Reflects Correct Activity and Task Selection
Several issues have been fixed in the Move to New Job workflow for multi-task jobs. The Break activity selection is now saved correctly, and individual tasks within the job can be selected as expected.
Job Completion Activity Prompts Now Appear Correctly on Windows
An issue has been fixed on the Windows app where completing a new task during job completion did not trigger the expected activity selection prompt. Activity prompts now appear at the correct stages of the workflow.
Jobs Now Sync to Mobile App Correctly After First-Time RBS Registration
An issue has been fixed where jobs issued from the web application were not appearing in the mobile Job List after a device's first-time registration in RBS Login Mode. Job notifications and the job list now sync correctly following a data refresh.
Scrolling and UI Layout Fixed in Landscape Mode on iOS
Multiple scrolling and layout issues have been fixed in landscape mode on iOS, including problems with booking parts and adding reasons for absence. These screens now scroll and display correctly when the device is in landscape orientation.
Signature Pad Movement Issue Fixed on Mobile App
An issue has been fixed where the signature appeared to move or drift on screen when signing during Job Completion or Interim Signature. Signature capture now works reliably across Android, iOS, Windows, and tablet devices.
Enhanced Clock Hour Validation Warnings Now Display Correctly
An issue has been fixed where the enhanced clock hour validation warnings were not displaying correctly when engineers entered equipment clock hours. The app now correctly checks whether the total hours entered exceed 24 hours per day and shows the appropriate warning message.
