How to Access the Dashboard
From the main navigation menu, select the Self Service module.
Open the All Standard Dashboards folder.
Locate Top 10 Spare Parts By Usage Volume.
Click Preview to open the dashboard.
Apply any desired filters. The dashboard will automatically refresh based on the filters selected.
Dashboard Filters & Descriptions
The dashboard includes filters that allow users to refine the data displayed and focus on specific locations or reporting periods.
Branch Name
Type: Drop-down selection
Description: Filters the dashboard to display spare parts usage information for a selected branch or operational location.
Date Range
Type: Date range selector
Default Value: Last 7 days
Description: Filters the report based on the Stock Issue Date. Only spare parts issued within the selected date range will be included in the analysis. Adjusting the date range updates both the chart and pivot table.

Sorting Logic
The data is sorted in:
Descending order by Quantity Booked

Ranking Column
The pivot table includes a row numbering feature displayed as the Rank column.
Rank 1 represents the SKU with the highest total Quantity Booked.
Subsequent rows are ranked sequentially (2, 3, 4, and so on).
