Enhancements (4):

Improved UI for Miscellaneous Item Editing on iPhone

The user interface for editing miscellaneous items on iPhone has been improved. The edit screen now displays correctly without any unwanted blank spaces, ensuring better alignment, visibility, and a smoother user experience.

Spanish language support added to mobile app

Spanish has been added as a supported language in the mobile app. Key screens, labels, and messages are now available in Spanish, enabling operation of the mobile application in Spanish alongside existing language options.

Root Cause Sync Enhancement for Emergency Jobs with equipemnt

Root cause information is now successfully synchronized and visible in the web application when an emergency job with equipment is completed in the mobile app using Complete & Raise Emergency Job.This enhancement ensures better data consistency between mobile and web platforms, improving job tracking and reporting accuracy.

Added English (US) Language Support in Mobile App

Introduced a US English language variant in the mobile app to align terminology and spelling with US standards. The app can now be operated using US English language conventions.

Fixes (13):

Only the selected task-level charge code should be updated

Editing the charge code via Edit Task Details now updates only the task-level charge code without affecting the job-level charge code, ensuring accurate behavior for both single-task and multi-task jobs.

Close icon behaviour corrected in Job History equipment actions

Adjusted the Close icon behaviour in Job History (Equipment tab → Actions) so that it now correctly closes the enquiry screen instead of acting as a generic Back button.

Equipment Enquiry Tab Navigation Improvement

Previously, users were unable to switch from the Hire Contract tab to the Jobs tab within Equipment Enquiry. This issue has now been resolved. Users can successfully switch to the Jobs tab, and the relevant data is displayed correctly.

This enhancement improves usability and ensures a smoother experience while accessing equipment-related information.

Clear indication of mandatory fields for holiday and sick leave

Updated the holiday/sick‑leave screen so that Start Date and End Date are correctly marked as mandatory fields with an asterisk, reducing the risk of incomplete submissions.

Jobs including sack delivery not completing correctly

Jobs that included sack delivery were not completing correctly, leaving them in an inconsistent state once work was finished. The completion process for these jobs has been restored so that jobs with sack delivery now complete and update status correctly.

Sort By Filter Visibility Restricted to Job List Tab

Adjusted the in‑progress tab so that the “sort by chip” option is displayed only where applicable. This prevents irrelevant sorting options from appearing in the in‑progress view.

Smoother navigation when creating tasks from forms

Fixed a navigation issue where creating a new task from a form moved the engineer away from the current job task to the newly created task. The workflow now maintains context more predictably when adding tasks from forms.

Improved Time Tracking for Jobs marked as awaiting signature with Auto Timer

Time tracking has been enhanced for jobs using the auto timer feature. For jobs that were previously marked as Awaiting Signature and later completed, the system now accurately records and displays both travel and work time in the web application.

Agreed Visit Time Sync Fix in Mobile App

Previously, when a job was raised in the web application and assigned to an engineer with a specified agreed visit date and time, the mobile app displayed a 1-hour discrepancy. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring that the agreed visit date and time are accurately reflected in the mobile app. This enhancement improves consistency between web and mobile platforms and ensures better scheduling accuracy for engineers.

Fix for SKU Stock Quantity Display in Usage History

Resolved an issue where the stock quantity was displayed as ‘0’ in the Usage History screen after scanning an SKU barcode. The stock quantity now displays the correct value, consistent with Book Parts and the Web application, ensuring accurate data visibility.

Improved reliability of mobile message processing after reconnect

Mobile message handling has been improved for devices using login‑based modes. Previously, when the app was closed or went offline and then reconnected, some devices could reconnect without a valid engineer association. In these cases, inbound mobile messages were rejected and appeared as failed mobile messages in monitoring, requiring manual reprocessing. The registration and connection logic has been updated so that devices in login‑based modes correctly maintain the expected identifiers during reconnect. Mobile messages from these devices are now accepted and logged as normal, significantly reducing failed message volumes and the need for manual intervention.

Job Number Display in Attempt/Omit Confirmation Popup

Previously, when a job was attempted or omitted from the menu, the confirmation popup appeared without showing the job number being actioned, making it unclear which job the confirmation related to. This occurred because the job information was cleared before the popup was built.
The popup has been updated so that the corresponding job number is now displayed whenever an Attempt or Omit Job action is confirmed, giving clear confirmation of the job being processed.

Improved Annotation Experience on iPhone

Enhanced image annotation functionality on iPhone. Fixed an issue where images were not scrolling properly, ensuring a smoother and more seamless experience.
