Enhancements (2):

Form Association Rules Enhanced for Job Creation

An enhancement was been made to improve how forms are associated with jobs based on linked service types and equipment types. A new toggle has been added on the web portal to control this behavior in form settings. When enabled, forms will only be linked to jobs that match both the service type and equipment type. When disabled, forms will be linked if either condition is met. This same logic now applies on mobile when engineers add tasks.

Error Notification for Incomplete Data Refresh

A full refresh would partially fail without any indication, leaving the app with outdated data. A new enhancement now alerts users when any part of the data refresh fails, ensuring they are aware that the update was not fully completed.

Fixes (9):

Signature Not Clearing in Forms

When adding a signature to a form and then attempting to clear it using the “Clear” button, the signature was not being removed as expected. This issue has now been fixed, and signatures can be cleared properly.

Improved Interim Signature Flow and Activity Handling

- When selecting "Interim Signature" during a job, users are guided through the customer and engineer signature pages.
- The call-to-action on the engineer signature page now leads to the next activity screen instead of job completion.
- Time on job is paused at this point.
- Users can then select their next activity, such as continuing work or travelling, without closing the job.
This update ensures that interim signatures can be used to capture progress while keeping the job open for further actions.

Job List and Activity Screen Sync Improved

An issue was affecting the visibility of jobs across multiple engineers, where job lists would occasionally go blank or not update correctly after job assignment or completion. This has been resolved, ensuring that job lists refresh consistently and all engineers see the correct next activity screen when a job is completed.

Incorrect Job Completion Time Displayed in Web App

An issue was identified where job completion times recorded via the mobile app were displayed an hour ahead in the web application. This occurred because the completion time was saved in local time instead of UTC. The system has been updated to ensure all times are now consistently recorded and displayed in UTC.

Forms Not Displaying on Service and Repair Jobs

Forms were not appearing when working on service or repair jobs, both on mobile and web platforms. Even after refreshing the job equipment, the forms remained hidden. This has now been resolved, and all relevant forms are correctly displayed when working on these job types.

Improved Interim Signature Flow and Next Activity Details

The interim signature process has been enhanced for better clarity and usability. After selecting "Interim Signature" from the job menu, the job summary, customer signature, engineer signature, and next activity screen are displayed. When choosing a next activity such as "Working on Job" or "Travelling on Job," the confirmation popup now clearly includes the task and job number

iOS App Not Logging Out After Finishing the Day

An issue was identified on iOS devices where tapping the "Finish Day" button did not close the application or clear user data, leaving the session active. This has now been resolved. iOS users are now redirected to the login screen upon finishing the day, ensuring the session ends as expected.

Duplicate Job Completion Allowed for Multiple Engineers

Multiple engineers could simultaneously complete the same job when working from different devices. In some cases, even after one engineer completed the job, others could still access the job screen and proceed to complete it again. This has now been resolved

Job List Visibility Issue After Issuing to Multiple Engineers

After issuing a job to multiple engineers, the job list did not refresh correctly for some users. In certain cases, such as for one engineer, the job list appeared blank until manually refreshed via the "In Progress" tab. This has now been resolved.
