Enhancements (5):
Terminology Update
We have updated the terminology used in our job-raising process. The "Location" field has now been renamed to "Site" to provide better clarity and consistency.
Equipment Tab site details
The site location data has been added to the equipment tab under the serial number, providing more comprehensive information at a glance.
Enhanced Multi-Task Search Screen
The search screen has been updated to remove "Site Name" and "Site Address" fields, simplifying the search process.
Enhanced Device Registration
We have enhanced the device registration process to ensure that devices remain correctly assigned to engineers when using the login screen.
File Refresh Stability and User Experience
Download Management: Downloads now only cancel if the user explicitly hits the cancel button, ensuring smoother file refresh operations.

Forms Data Display Issues
We have resolved an issue where forms data did not display properly on the web in various scenarios, including when raised from the mobile app for service and repair jobs with or without equipment type linked.
Contact Field Freeze Issue
An issue has been resolved where the app would freeze when tapping the 'Contact' field while raising job quotes via the mobile app. Users no longer need to close and re-launch the app
Messaging Notification Issue
An issue has been resolved where users were receiving notifications for messages they sent. This fix ensures that notifications are now correctly managed, providing a smoother messaging experience.
Currency Display Issue
An issue has been resolved where the dollar currency symbol was displayed while selecting miscellaneous items, whereas the pound symbol was displayed when entering the quantity. This fix ensures consistent currency display across all fields
Site Field Update
An issue has been resolved where the "Site" field was not being populated on the job creation screen when raising a job against equipment. This fix ensures that the "Site" information is now correctly pulled through.
Notification Issue on iOS
An issue has been resolved where notifications were not being received when issuing a job to an engineer, both when the app was removed from the background and when it was opened. This fix ensures that notifications are now reliably received in all scenarios on iOS devices.
Improved Job Management
We have streamlined the process of managing job notifications. Now, when raising an emergency job, service task, repair task, or adding defects, the merge job notification will no longer require multiple clicks on "No" to cancel.
Radio button issues in forms
The Result field in forms now clearly displays PASS and FAIL options, making it easier to record outcomes. Additionally, all radio buttons in TCC lists are now visible, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive experience.
Auto Login Issue
An issue where the app auto logs in as engineer 0 after clicking 'End Day' and reopening the app has been resolved. The login screen now appears correctly, ensuring secure and accurate user authentication.
Next Activities Pop-up
An issue where the next activities pop-up appeared blank has been resolved. The text is now visible, ensuring users can select the correct activity.
Bin Search Functionality
A search feature has been added to the bin selection screen, making it easier to find the correct bin during part deinstallation.
Registration Stuck in Downloading Depots
An issue where registration would get stuck in downloading depots has been resolved.
Job Creation Process
The issue where clicking "Raise Job" after filling in the required information did not perform any action has been resolved. The job creation process now works seamlessly, ensuring efficient task management.
Task Completion Workflow
When navigating to the 'Select Next Activity' screen and pressing back without selecting an activity, the job list now retains the job you were working on, ensuring continuity and ease of access.
Settings Button Functionality
An issue where clicking the settings button on login screen did not perform any action has been resolved. The settings button now functions now refreshes the configuration.
Engineer Name Display Issue
An issue where the engineer name displayed inconsistently , especially in login mode, has been resolved. The engineer name now shows accurately across all instances.
Start Working on Job Button Visibility
An inconsistency where the "Start Working on Job" button appeared on some jobs but not others has been resolved. The button now displays correctly across all jobs.
Login Issue Resolved
An issue where engineers were logged out after restarting the app has been fixed. Now, reopening the app will keep the user logged in and display the correct job list.
