QR functionality

Once you have printed and labelled your assets, a customer or staff member who does not have access to either a Service Geeni device or a Customer login can log a job by scanning the QR code.

This function also reduces administrative time and costs associated with setting up additional users. It also means that when logging a ticket, it can be done on the move using just the QR code. You will, however, need internet access.

  • Once it has been set up, you can enable the toggle on the equipment details screen when you edit it.
