QR functionality
Once you have printed and labelled your Assets, a customer or staff member who does not have access to either a Service Geeni device or a Customer login, can log a job by scanning the QR code.
This function also reduces admin time and costs for setting up additional users. It also means that when logging a ticket, it can be done on the move using just the QR code. You will, however, need internet access.
If you would like this functionally set up, please speak to your onboarding consultant.
Once it has been set up, you can enable the toggle on the equipment details screen when you edit it.
