Enhancements (5):

Additional options for customisation

Need a cleaner view? You can now hide the customer name from the detail tab and/or the Site name on the job list in the mobile app,.

Not using emergency and monitoring job buttons? You now have the power to remove them for a streamlined workflow.

Want better control over job edits? You can now lock down the job edit screen and choose which fields can be modified.

If these sounds like something that would benefit you, speak to your CS team to make it happen!

Enhanced validation on FGas removal

We've tightened up gas removal controls—users can no longer remove more gas than what's actually charged, ensuring rock-solid data integrity.

Condition Rating

We’ve added a new prompt for engineers to record a condition rating when completing jobs in the field—ensuring critical details don’t get missed.

Changes to Forms Links

Forms just got smarter! The mobile app now auto-adds forms based on new web app rules, allowing you to link forms to a mix of service types and equipment models.

Equipment Safe to Use on interim signature

To improve safety checks, engineers are now prompted to confirm if the equipment is safe to use when recording an interim signature.

Fixes (3):

Old job number on defect notifications

Fixed a bug where defect jobs were mistakenly showing the old job number.

Stuck on Shift Loading

Newly registered devices were getting stuck on the Shift selection popup—this has now been resolved.

Working / Travelling jobs buttons incorrectly showing

We squashed a bug that caused the Working and Travelling buttons to appear when they shouldn’t.
